Stephanie shared her feedback as a series of audio files in an Evernote Note. What’s amazing about it is that during the program Stephanie and I played with ideas about how she could share instructions or make notes, so that it doesn’t take her much time. I’m thrilled that Stephanie has found a way to share her thoughts in an efficient way! So here are a few of her wins as a result of taking Systematic Success 2.0. I had studied Natasha’s blog for well over a year and knew that I wanted to work with her. When the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance: and declared 2015 as my year of systematization. I was hoping to improve my business systems and set myself up to hire someone in the near future.
When I discovered Natasha, I’d been using Asana for nearly a year and sensed that I could do a lot more with it, but wanted to shorten my learning curve by learning tips and tricks from an expert. I read a blog post she had written about Asana and was impressed by her Asana for Small Business Guide. I was hooked by her simple and effective techniques.

Before Systematic Success 2.0
I was struggling to manage the information and processes for effectively running 3 different businesses.
I had a huge amount of information overlap. My computer was full of folders and I had notes and scraps of paper everywhere.
I had quite a few struggles before starting the Systematic Success program, mainly figuring out the best way to organize my clients (client intake) and set up systems/checklists so I didn’t miss any steps (sending contracts, receiving signed contracts, receiving logos, setting up ads, etc.).
On two occasions before I found out about the course, I had to send multiple emails to one client to ask for additional information that I had neglected to gather at the start of the project and it made me feel very unprofessional. I was also using an Excel spreadsheet as a client management tool and it was just NOT working for me!
