Before Systematic Success 2.0
When I discovered Natasha, I’d been using Asana for nearly a year and sensed that I could do a lot more with it, but wanted to shorten my learning curve by learning tips and tricks from an expert. I read a blog post she had written about Asana and was impressed by her Asana for Small Business Guide. I was hooked by her simple and effective techniques.
I had systems. In particular, I had documented systems like intake, project management, and outtake/followup systems for clients, but I need more. I wanted help creating good workable systems for marketing such as with my blog and social media. It was clear to me that Natasha offered precisely what I needed.
After Systematic Success 2.0
I have learned so much! I have a better handle on Asana features I didn’t know about before I was a part of the program. These features are helping me to get ever more organized. Tasks no longer live in my head OR in my inbox—it’s all in Asana!
This frees up my energy and gets my brain out of the never-ending loop of “things I have to do.” I’m particularly proud of how I’ve managed to keep Inbox Zero a reality using Natasha’s tips and Asana.
I’ve also seen fewer balls dropped with my growing team now that we have more systems in place to ensure that my business is functioning smoothly and consistently, both on the back end and the outward facing side.
