Case Study:

What’s your industry?  What kind of results do you produce for your clients?

Social Media – it’s about the story and the conversation and how to structure it into content that makes that emotional connection and builds a meaningful relationship with your ideal clients.  Our  calls are a hybrid of coaching, strategy, consulting & training;  Based on the client’s goals (list building, sales, speaking engagement, book promotion, etc).  Within any specific social network we teach how to know where to go, what to say, how to say it to and who to say it to online and be comfortable doing it.

What were you struggling with before working with Natasha?  Why did you turn to her?

I am in the middle of re-branding and changing my business model.  I needed to cut some services and add others, including a membership site. I was stuck.  I needed Natasha to help me talk though which products and services to offer, how to package them, AND how to create a system to bring my clients all the way through from the initial consultation through to the end of the project.

What changes have you seen in yourself, your life and your business once you started working with Natasha?

1.  Confidence:  Having systems in place (emails, templates, questionnaires, processes, Welcome letter), simply knowing what I will say and do, which email to send out and when, having forms/templates/ ready has been the key.  This confidence allows me to take on more clients without worrying about a bottleneck or feeling like I’m fumbling over what I do when a client says, “Yes, I want to work with you.”

2.  Focus : During one of our first calls Natasha said I had too many offerings. She took out her cute little knife 🙂 and started cutting. She suggested that we focus on three of my offerings and develop a system around them. I realized that just because I am qualified to provide a vast arrange of services to my clients, doesn’t mean I should.  A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.   Having three offerings for clients instead of 10 allows me to focus on getting those offering high quality, with systems in place, and allows me to be comfortable offering them.

Another thing that focus gives me is time.  Since I’m only focusing on three offerings for my clients, I have the time to create information products, webinars, etc around those offerings that will bring me additional income and reach more potential clients.

3.  Brand experience:  With my new systems in place I look professional, organized and in control of the process. My clients know what to expect next and what to expect from me. The first client I signed on, after Natasha working with me, wrote back after our first consultation and a few email exchanges saying “I love working like this!”

What is one of your biggest accomplishments? (including specific numbers, percentages, and  increases)

Towards the end of my time with Natasha, I was describing to a potential client one of the new offerings that we had been developing.  Before I could finish the consultation, she asked me what she had to do work with me.  I signed her on for a $3,000 Coaching Package, and I hadn’t even officially launched that offering yet!

What would you say to someone, who’s still on the fence about whether they need to create systems in their business?

It doesn’t matter if its your first client or your 50th, create the systems now or have Natasha review the ones you have!  They will make your customer experience so much better.  You will discover that you have extra time to market, sell, create new products or do whatever you need extra time to do.  For me, one of the biggest benefits is being able to take on more clients and make more money.
